Just outside the center it is in a quiet and convenient position even for those who reach Bologna by car.
The apartment is on the raised ground floor without a lift.
About 30 square meters large on one floor. There are 3 windows that all overlook the internal garden of the building.
350 meters on foot from the bus stop in piazza Unità (bus lines: 11, 27, 21, 25).
All paid parking lots nearby (blue lines at 1.50 euros per hour)
LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa and kitchenette complete with dishwasher, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM. Shower box, bidet, hairdryer. One step to access it.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split A / C, free unlimited wifi, washing machine, TV, iron and clothesline.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
