Key collection is possible independently starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11pm.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.


After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements
