Our recently renewed apartment is in the heart of the historic center of La Spezia.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the port where you can find the ferries for the 5 Terre, Lerici, Palmaria, Portovenere, etc., or if you prefer to the train station to reach Pisa, Lucca and more.
Our terrace, comfortable and characteristic, is a perfect setting where you can relax, after living Piazza Bastione in one of the many typical restaurants which offer memorable evenings. The apartment, on a high floor served by an elevator, has just been refurbished with elegant finishing and furniture, wooden Teak floors covers all the rooms, 4 people can live comfortably and a sofa bed in the living room can host 2 extra guests.
The living room, with a kitchen, opens directly on the terrace, which overlooks the pedestrian Piazza Bastione.
The bathroom completely renewed includes a large modern shower.
Included services: WIFI, digital TV, Air Conditioning, as well as a kid’s corner with books and toys. Guests have access to the entire house. At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows: - between 21.00 and 23.00: euro 30. License number 011015-LT-2325

Geräumige Wohnung, sehr schöner Balkon, tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum. Sehr gute Fenster (trotz zentraler Lage ruhig). Gute Matratzen.
Leider keine Möglichkeit sich selbst einen Kaffee zu machen. Man kann sich aber direkt vor der Haustür einen holen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns gefehlt (ein paar Gläser mehr, Stuhlkissen draußen u. Ä.).

Das Appartement liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist für LaSpezia und Ausflüge zu den Cinque Terre perfekt gelegen. Sowohl zum Hafen als auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur kurze Fußwege. Wir haben fünf Nächte gebucht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super Unterkunft. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es eher laut von der Strasse, hält sich mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber im Rahmen. Leider knarren und klemmen die Türen einwenig. Das erschwert es, sich in der Nacht leise zu bewegen in der Wohnung. Wir würden die Unterkuft aber sofort wieder buchen.
