In Modigliana, the holiday home "Re Piano appartamento Le Rondini" offers an excellent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a game console as well as a television and a table tennis table. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a jacuzzi, a garden, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to an outdoor area, shared with only 2 other apartments, this includes a pool, which is open year-round, an open terrace, a grill and a pizza oven. The farmhouse is close to the Casentino forests, where there are two paths: the path of St. Anthony and the path of Assisi. An array of restaurants, such as the 'La pace', 'pizzeria Cantina dei conti' and 'Antichi sapori' can be reached in five minutes by car (3km). Cafés, supermarkets and bars can be reached in under 5 minutes by car (3.2km). The vineyard 'teatro cucina' can be reached in under 5 minutes by car (1.5km), while the 'Il Pratello' with wine tasting and local products can be reached in 10 minutes by car (5km). The Monte Busca, the smallest volcano in the world, can be reached in 30 minutes by car (22 km). The Forli Airport is 40 minutes away by car (33km). Free parking is available on the property. Air conditioning is not available. Parties are allowed. The sauna and the whirlpool are shared, and the extra cost is to be agreed on site. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. The farmhouse has riding stables and horse-riding classes can be organized on request.
