Please note: the shower is compact and may feel tight for taller guests (over 183 cm). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for 2. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and admiring the sea view. Within a 5-minute walk, a partnered 4-star hotel offers bar, restaurant, pool with equipped beach, and gym services, all available for an extra fee. Nearby, you’ll find cafés, bars, and a supermarket just a 7-minute drive away (3.5 km). The sea is 200 m away, and Marinella Beach is 5 minutes by car (1.5 km). Porto Rotondo is an 8-minute drive (4 km). Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, Olbia port, and Golfo Aranci port are about 20 minutes by car (17 km). Free parking is available on the property.
