Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gut erreichbaren Viertel, von dem aus ganz Bozen fussläufig zu erreichen ist.
Ein Parkplatz wäre nützlich, ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer für Aufenthalte von mehreren Tagen ist sinnvoll, und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. sollte zahlreicher sein.
