Information about the host
We live in a small village, 3.5 km from the lake, (accessible on bike paths) and offer a cozy first floor apartment with underfloor heating, wi-fi, satellite TV, pull-out couch and adjustable single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and much more. Storage space for bicycles as well as riding facilities are available. You are welcome to bring animals - especially dogs will find a lot of exercise around the house or during walks through the nearby forests.

Arrival Description
BAB 8 Munich Salzburg exit 112 Traunstein/Waging am See, direction Traunstein to traffic circle, second exit and after tunnel right to Waging am See, after approx. 10 km in the traffic circle the first exit direction Teisendorf, after approx. 2 km turn right (2.traffic island from traffic circle) to Buch/Nirnharting, in Buch the first house left. In case of traffic jam: BAB 99 Munich bypass- at exit 18-Haar drive on B304 in the direction of Wasserburg- Wasserburg- Obing- Altenmarkt- right to Stein an der Traun- left in the direction of Traunreut- in Otting follow the main road- Waging am See- you will come to the traffic circle again.

Description of the accommodation
Enjoy a nice vacation in our small, cozy vacation apartment. Our house is quiet and you live at ground level with your own entrance. Here you can enjoy the day and determine your own rhythm of life to your heart's content. Bed linen and towels are provided. Storage room for bicycles or roof trunks are ready and if you want to get on a horse again. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
