The 80m² vacation apartment Casa Andrea is located in Trezzone, a town on Italy's Lake Como.
The new apartment is family-friendly and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy the lake view from their balcony and relax outdoors on the garden furniture or sun in the open shared terrace.
The apartment is just a 15 minute (11 km) drive from beautiful Lago di Mezzola where there are such attractions as boat tours, sailing, windsurfing, sky surfing, and canoeing.
The area from Trezzone to Bellagio also offers mountain hikes, cycle paths, villas, and a riding school.
The villa is just a 5 to 7 minute (2.2 to 3.5 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a bakery, and a supermarket.
Malpensa Airport is a 1 hour and 40 minute drive (121 km) from the villa.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are not allowed.

Loved chilling out on the balcony with a glass of Red and taking in the amazing mountain and lake Como view.
Air conditioning was superb.
The kitchen had everything we needed including a dish washer.
Romina the host and family, including her father made us feel really cared for.
We could not have found a better place to stay.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin! Sehr freundlich! Gute Ausstattung der Whg und Aussicht, Parkplatz vorhanden - sogar direkt am Haus.
Angenehme Schwimm-Möglichkeit in der Nähe mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Zu Fuß auch erreichbar, beim Zurück gehen aber schweißtreibend, da es steil bergauf geht.
Es wäre gut, wenn es für den Balkon, der zum See ausgerichtet ist, einen Sonnenschirm oder Ähnliches gäbe. Aber man kann an heißen Tagen auch abwarten, bis die Sonne weg ist oder den Schattenplatz am Eingang der Wohnung nutzen - oder einfach in den See hüpfen.
