The Carlyon Bay Hotel is nearby and has bars, restaurants and a golf course that overlooks the sea. The historic village of Charlestown with its pubs, museum, restaurants and shops is nearby and is home to traditional tall ships which are often moored at the quay.
The seafaring towns of Fowey, Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust houses and gardens are all within easy reach.
Cycling, sailing, kayaking and horse riding are available locally.

No WiFi although this was said to be available on the details. Not good in today’s world and very misleading. Also a second toilet roll would have been helpful !!
It was also not clear on the details that I was stopping in “The Bunker”

This was a perfect location for us 5 minutes walk away from Carlyon beach. Very clean and had ever basic thing we needed. Definately value for money as a little dog holiday. Would definately book again.

Perfect location easy walk to the beach. Accommodation clean and everything needed for self catering. Enclosed for our dog no safety consensus. Thank for a lovely stay
