Located in Marbella, the holiday apartment 'Ground Floor Marbella on the Beach' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 100 m² property consists of a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people (plus 1 baby if needed). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, a fan in the small bedroom, a washing machine, heating as well as a TV and DVD player.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a garden, is also available for your use. The holiday apartment also has a private indoor pool for you to enjoy. A parking space is available on the property (in the residency but not covered). Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool opens all season but with a lifeguard in summer only. Youth groups are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Bed and bath linen are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
