Located in Benalmádena, on the Costa del Sol, the "Nice apartment with a sunny terrace" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The bright 90 m² holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms), a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from 01/04 to 30/10), a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Both terraces are furnished with a table and chairs.
Spend the afternoon on one of the sun loungers with a good book, refresh yourself in the pool afterwards and end the day with specialities from your own grill. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 218m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 1.09km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.08km. Uanset hvor du kikkede hen, enten fra lejligheden eller terrassen, så var der en fantastisk udsigt over bjerg og vand. Virkelig smukt. Den overdækkede del af terrassen blev brugt flittigt og er absolut et kæmpe plus for stedet. Lejligheden er smagfuldt og meget enkelt indrettet og der var alt hvad d...
Begge badeværelser trænger til en opgradering af brusekabiner. Terrænet er meget kuperet og det er bestemt ikke for gangbesværede. Det er et must at leje bil for at komme rundt i området. Der er nogle kilometer til strand, indkøb og restauranter. Vi gik op til den lille landsby flere gange på en ferie og det er god motion :-) Det kan være en udfordring at finde parkeringspladser rundt omkring.
