Discover this small-scale chalet park on a gentle slope with 4 public echargers and breathtaking mountain views.
The luxurious, detached chalet offers plenty of privacy, space and Alpine character.
It features a large living room, modern kitchen, balcony and terrace with mountain views, 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including one with Finnish sauna for relaxation after an active day.
In the evening, get cosy by the firebowl! The chalet park in Donnersbachwald is located on a gentle slope with breathtaking views.
With its fantastic location near the Riesneralm valley station, the park offers direct access to nature and a babbling brook.
The Austrian winter transforms the area into a fairyland with two snow-sure ski areas, Riesneralm and Planneralm, together accounting for 50 km of slopes.
For families, the child-friendly Riesneralm is ideal.
Looking for variety? Try the natural toboggan run or cross-country trails close to the chalet.
Summer reveals a different kind of magic with various hiking trails, mountain huts, the challenging 5-Gipfelweg, 3D archery, the E-Enduro Bikepark and fly-fishing.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the unique Gipfel pool, at 1900 metres above sea level, and admire the 360-degree view there.
Mountain lakes and streams will cool you down on hot summer days.

Es ist ein tolles, gemütliches Haus mit sehr schöner Ausstattung. Auch der Ausblick auf die Berge ist super. Die ganze Orga und Abwicklung über Villa for you und Betreuung vor Ort waren super. Der nächst größere Supermarkt ist einige Kilometer entfernt. Also Grundausstattung mitbringen.

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt ausgestattet und mit den 4 Autostellplätzen ist dieses Chalet auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Tolles Haus mit nahezu perfekter Ausstattung. Lediglich die Lage ist etwas weit ab von der „Zivilisation“, aber das weiß man ja bei der Buchung. (Ca. 25 Minuten bis zum nächsten richtigen Supermarkt.)
