Angelinas Quarters is a luxury independent first floor villa, which was renovated with respect to the local architecture, the traditional Mediterranean mosaic, the wooden floors, as well as all the original materials of the old house have been preserved and restored.
With large kitchen and ample space for gatherings, the guest of this house will have the comfort and space to become a host himself.
The living room features one large sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access and a large dining area for 8 people. Around the first floor there is a balcony with access from all areas of the house and a spacious terrace with a large table and wicker chairs. Angelina's Quarters is part of the villa The Mansion and together with the Thalias Quarters 135 m2 (first floor) can be used as a single villa 270 m2, which is connected by an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to the residents. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. The Rooms It has three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large king-size bed, one bedroom with a large king-size bed and one bedroom with two semi-double beds.
Between the bedrooms there are two bathrooms with spacious showers. All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi internet access at very high speeds of up to 100mbps.
All beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses for a unique sleeping experience.

This neighborhood was once an endless orange and lemon grove, the Mansion along with its neighboring houses has preserved the old homes and gardens to give a unique view of traditional hospitality in Kalamata and the south of Greece.

We had a wonderful stay at your home! The home itself was perfect for our needs. The communication with the property manager was VERY good. Comfortable, clean and would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Kalamata.
