Greenhouse is a luxury villa ideal for those who want to live in a traditional picturesque house with all the luxurious comforts of the 21st century.
With character revolving around plants, green, and nature, inspired by the orange trees and lemon trees of the area and the garden of the house. It is part of the City Cottage villa, and with Garden Cellar the 100 m2 (ground floor) can be used as a single villa of 180 m2 which is connected with an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to residents. The aesthetically pleasing living room features a large corner sofa bed and a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access.
The kitchen has a dining area for 6 people and is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.
