This rustic Robinson holiday home with solar energy and rainwater cistern is situated on a private 3000 square metre plot planted with olive trees. From your holiday accommodation, an approximately 50 m long footpath leads to the sea and the private bathing and boat jetty. There are two other houses about 50 to 150 metres away, but these are not rented out to other parties. We, your landlords and contact persons, live here. So you can enjoy your privacy, peace and quiet and marvellous sunsets like Robinson Crusoe once did on his island.
Please note: Pets are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.
The approx. 50 square metre Robinson cottage includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen for 4 people, a wood-burning stove, a fridge with freezer compartment and a gas cooker. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.40 m), the second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds, the WC has a toilet and washbasin, and the outdoor shower has water heated by a solar boiler. There are also fly screens and shutters on the windows.
There is a private parking space for one car approx. 100 m from the house. A narrow, rough path leads to the house. The beach section is private and has its own bathing jetty and bathing ladder. Whether from the terrace or the outdoor barbecue: There is a mooring ring on the bathing jetty and a mooring in the neighbouring pier, which can be used in stormy weather and is suitable for boats up to 5.50 m in length. The large outdoor seating area with barbecue, outdoor kitchen, gas cooker and sink invites you to linger and relax.
Please note that the approach to the holiday accommodation is partly over a distance of about 2 km on a gravel road.house rules1. No more than a total of 4 guests including children are permitted. On the day of arrival the property is only available to you from 2pm. Earlier use is not possible. 2. please remember to bring your own towels. Bed linen is provided by us. Towels are only available on request at an additional cost. 3. the house (and also the property) must be left swept clean by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure, as everything must be prepared and cleaned for the next guests. Swept clean includes, among other things, washed dishes and swept floors. 4. please be aware of the immense risk of fire in the hot summer months. Lighting candles and throwing away butts is therefore strictly forbidden. Smoking in the house is also prohibited. We ask that you only smoke on the terrace and use the ashtrays provided. 5. our two sunbeds may not be taken to the shore due to the strong and sudden winds. However, there are two more simple sunbeds for sunbathing. 6. the water comes from a rainwater cistern, so we kindly ask you not to waste water unnecessarily. It is regularly prepared and can therefore be used for cooking without any problems. 7. electricity is generated by solar energy, which means that larger appliances such as hairdryers or coffee machines do not run. However, mobile phones and laptops can be charged without any problems. Thank you very much for your understanding.
A small grocery shop with baked goods is about 4 km away in the village of Banj. A larger shop and a butcher's shop are around 9 km away, and your landlords and local contacts, the Koch family, are happy to offer you private boat trips in a vintage boat on request. The island of Dugi Otok with the Telašćica National Park and the Kornati National Park with around 100 islands are recommended, while the Paklenica National Park in the coastal Velebit Mountains, the Krka waterfalls near Sibenik and the Piplicer Lakes are well worth a visit.
