On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The air conditioning on the ground floor cools all rooms when the doors are left open.
The spacious attic is accessible via a separate entrance from the outside and offers a bedroom with double bed and living area, air conditioning, a kitchenette with refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower.
The balcony on the first floor boasts stunning views of the sea and the offshore islands. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.

The detached holiday house is situated in Peroj, a picturesque village on the west coast of Istria. Located only 200 metres from the beach and set in peaceful, green surroundings, House Nina offers all the amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. Because here you will enjoy not only the favourable location close to the beach, but also the benefits of a private swimming pool (2,8 x 5,3 m), which, like the house, is for your exclusive use. The outdoor area is completely framed by a stone wall and comes with a covered terrace, barbecue facilities, a seating area and sun loungers. Heading inside, you will find a modern and lovingly furnished interior. In the small center of Peroj (1 km) you can find a restaurant and shopping facilities, while the next larger village Fažana (3 km) offers a wider range of gastronomic facilities as well as a lovely old town center. We highly recommend a boat excursion from Fažana to the Brijuni Islands, which are certainly worth a visit. From Peroj to Fažana you can go by car or you can take a walk along the scenic seaside promenade, lined with beautiful beaches and fragrant pine trees.
