This charming holiday home is located on a former stables, with partly active livestock and a shared garden with play equipment, deck chairs and a barbecue.
The accommodation extends over the ground and first floors.
The bedroom with bathroom on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the fairytale surroundings.
Now that's a great way to wake up! Here in the heart of the Brixen Valley, there is plenty to do. From horse riding, cycling, golfing and hiking in summer to skiing and snowboarding in winter.
The region is home to beautiful cross-country skiing trails and an impressive network of cycling and hiking trails against a magical backdrop Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.

Klein Velderman
Schöne Wohnung in einem schönen österreichischen Haus. Da in unserem Fall ein Schlafzimmer von der Wohnung getrennt ist, würde ich es nicht direkt für eine Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern empfehlen. Super Umgebung mit mega Aktivitäten in kurzer Entfernung zu tun. Schöne und ruhige Lage. Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war sehr gastfreundlich! Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen, wirklich top ? die Kinder haben im großen Garten gespielt, wir haben jeden Abend ein Lagerfeuer gemacht. Richtig entspannt war es super!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt als eine Gruppe von mehreren Familien mit Kindern. Tolle Lage, leicht zu erreichen, um den Zug zu bekommen und direkt an einem Radweg. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Besitzer.
