The spacious Villa Sol is located just outside of the romantic fishing port Cala Figuera on the south-east coast, one of the most picturesque bays of Mallorca.
The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 adults.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television.
A baby bed is available upon request.
The property features a private outdoor area with a balcony and a private garden with a pool where guests can cool off, as well as both a covered and uncovered terrace with seating furniture.
Here, guests can relax with a refreshing drink and even cook a delicious meal outside on the grill.
Despite the peaceful location of the villa, all the essential shops and services can be found in Cala Figuera, just a 7-minute drive away (3.5 km).
In the town centre, you will find a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Many sandy beaches are also just a short drive away, for example the stunning Mirador es Pontas with its impressive stone arch.
Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 46-minute drive away (51 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Electricity costs are paid separately according to consumption with 0,30 ct / kwh.

Lots of comfortable rooms for us of all and a really lovely peaceful location. Great pool and seating area which provided lots of great fun. Some beauty beaches just 10 minutes from the property and a wonderful walk to Cala Figuera with some very good restaurants. Our favourite Es Port, staff and food fantastic. The owners were lovely and able to help with any queries.
Kitchen a little outdated, well laid out but in need of a refresh, Wifi not the best if you have teens (!) and take mozzy spray some of us were not touched, others eaten alive.

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Die Innenräumen sind sehr großzügig und schön. Viele gemütliche Lieg-und Sitzecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und flexibel.
Cala Figuera ist traumhaft schön.
Teilweise waren ein paar Fenster und Schiebetüren reparaturbedürftig, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Soll kein meckern sein, nur ein Hinweis für die tollen Vermieter 😉
