The apartment "Pfattenspitz" in the "Maurerhof" residence is located in the Sarntal Valley (Sarentino) of South Tyrol, between Sarnthein (Sarentino) and Durnholz (Valdurna).
The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.
The apartment features a balcony, and you can also relax in the shared garden area with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
A playground for children is also available.
The nearest restraurant is a 6-minute drive (4.6 km) away, and you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants after a 15-minute drive (11 km) to Sarnthein.
The mountainous area offers a multitude of routes for hiking or cycling, and the closest skiing area is within 10 minutes by car (5.5 km).
Furthermore, you can visit Bolzano (Bozen) in 40 minutes (31 km), Merano (Meran) in 60 minutes (60 km), and Bressanone (Brixen) is an 80-minute drive (72 km) from the property.
