The property used to be a rural country estate, the Mediterranean character of this holiday finca is noticeable both inside the house and through its location in this natural landscape.
The 200 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.
The private outdoor area of the home is embedded in the natural landscape of Mallorca.
A magnificent pool forms the centre of this property, where you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca on comfortable sun loungers.
A small children's playground and a beautiful lawn invite to fun and games.
On an attractively designed and covered terrace you can spend cosy barbecue evenings, the bricked BBQ grill and another covered and fully equipped kitchen make outdoor life an experience.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found after a 7-minute drive (3.5 km) to Santa Margalida, and the nearest beaches are located in Can Picafort, 13 km or a 15-minute drive away.
Palma de Mallorca and the airport are within a 50-minute drive from the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Electricity will be charged separately with 0,30 ct / kwH.

Das Haus war super, toll eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war wirklich schön eingerichtet und eigentlich hat es an nichts gemangelt. Der Pool war traumhaft. Die Lage der Finca war sehr gut. Sie war ruhig gelegen und die nächsten Strände waren in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom Nachbarn hat man auch gar nichts mitbekommen.
Es war wirklich sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.
Leider war das Gas für die Außenküche leer, was uns so aber nicht gestört hat.
In unserem Schlafzimmer war leider die Klimaanlage defekt...erst gab es nervige Geräusche, später tropfte sie nur.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfelde mit der Vermieterin hätte etwas besser sein können..letztendlich war es aber alles in allem völlig ok 👌

Die Finca ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet (die Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht!). Hervorzuheben sind der grosse und saubere Pool (auf den Fotos kann man leider nicht genau erkennen, wie gross der Pool ist..) und die Bauweise und Ausstattung der Finca (sehr dicke Wände, so dass di...
Die Kommunikation mit Barbara im Vorfeld war "ausbaufähig" (nett umschrieben.....). Ich habe tagelang auf eine Antwort zu meinen Fragen gewartet und war mir nicht sicher, ob die Finca und Barbara "fake" waren!
