The holiday apartment ‘Claudias House’ is located in Olbia and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
The modern apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Please note that the second bedroom is located on the same floor of the apartment, on the same hallway, but outside the apartment. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television and a washing machine.
A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
The apartment also boasts a private, furnished balcony where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee.
Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 2-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a one-minute walk away (100 m).
The nearest bus stop is approximately 3 minutes away on foot (200 m).
Furthermore, in approximately 10 minutes driving you will reach the many beaches of Olbia and Olbia airport is just a 9-minute drive away (4.5 km). The apartment is on the first floor and has a mezzanine. Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Upon arrival guests will find a welcome pack with some food and drinks. - Beach/pool towels Payment 4,00 € per person
