Located in the centre of Como, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Como, is the modernly furnished holiday flat “Attico Vista Lago”. Immersed in a mountain world of extraordinary beauty, you will spend an unforgettable holiday in Como.
The attic flat consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles that can be joined together and thus accommodate up to 6 people.
If guests are looking for more privacy, in addition to the bedroom, a sofa bed can be prepared in the living room on request.
Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine and dryer.
A cot and high chair are also available on request. Outside, there is a private, open terrace with a partial view of the lake and mountains.
There you can plan a beautiful day with a delicious breakfast or end it with a glass of Italian wine.
Thanks to the central location, you can reach all everyday necessities within a few minutes' walk, including a bakery (500 m), 2 food markets (950 m) and numerous cafés and restaurants (2-10 minutes' walk). From the harbour, just a 9-minute walk away, boats will take you to any lakeside location.
Lake Como offers a wide range of sporting activities, particularly water and mountain sports.
Sportsmen and active holidaymakers will find plenty to do here. Pets are allowed.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik had de beschikking over een wasmachine en droger dus ik had weinig kleding mee. In het appartement waren handdoeken aanwezig maar deze hoef je niet te wassen. Je krijgt schone als je erom vraagt.

Voor ons was het geen probleem aangezien ik mijn racefiets bij had, maar je kunt bijna nergens fatsoenlijk gratis parkeren dus of kom met de trein (station is vlakbij) of neem een fiets mee. Op 3km zit een gratis veilige parkeergelegenheid. Via Rienza 60 is het adres. Ik mocht mijn racefiets in de g...

Communication with the hosts is a problem. Franco speaks very little English. The check-in was a challenge in terms of his explaining the property and answering questions. That meant communicating with his wife who spoke English. Sometimes she was not prompt in returning calls or email messages. She arranged transportation to the train station which was appreciated.
