Casa Lorenz is a newly constructed apartment complex located in the ski resort of Alba in Trentino’s Val di Fassa.
The 42 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and room for ski storage.
A highchair and cot are both available upon request.
In addition to this, the apartment is powered solely by solar energy.
Outside, you will find a shared garden with mountain views and a grill.
The nearest ski lift can be found in the centre of Alba, which is 15 minutes (1km) by foot.
You will also find a selection of restaurants here, as well as the nearest supermarket.
A larger selection of ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants is available in the neighbouring town of Canazei, which is 5 minutes drive (2.5km) away.
The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours 30 minutes (140km) by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Heating is on from the beginning of October to the 10th of May.
There is a lockable garage that is accessible from inside the house to store bicycles.
There are parking options available at an extra cost.

We stand for 5 nights for two people, the host left us a note on the door so it was easy to find the place and "check-in". for two people it is perfect, for 5 people it would be crowded, It was clean and the host was very nice.

They condo was very nice. Tuning to TV was an experience. if I didn't know how an HDMI cable worked I would never have been able to figure the TV out. There were no directions for the TV. Only had access to about 14 channels which really sucked. I never did get to communicate with the owner. It was only through a company. Even though it was a nice condo, I would not stay there again.

Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. You still have to get in the car to drive to the beach accesses, but if you don't mind that then this is the place for you. It was clean and comfy.
