In a peaceful location near the ski area, you will find this typical Tyrolean holiday home extending over 3 floors. In summer you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace and in winter you can get together cosily in the living room with dining table and TV. Thanks to the presence of ski boot warmers, you can go out every day well prepared. Perfect in every season!
Located in Austria's picturesque Zillertal valley, Zell am Ziller is a lively village that attracts nature lovers and adventurers alike. Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Zillertal Alps, Zell am Ziller offers a plethora of activities and a charming atmosphere. In summer, discover the stunning surroundings via the extensive hiking and cycling trails that wind past green valleys and mountainous meadows. In winter, the region transforms into a winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 250 m from the house and takes you to the gondola and thus to the famous Zillertal Arena ski area. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach, so you can leave the car at home
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

Ditzen, sty 2026
Leider war die Heizung an zwei Tagen defekt. Ebenfalls muss man berücksichtigen, dass die Heizung am Warmwasser dran hängt - wenn also alle Leute nacheinander Duschen (warm Wasser war genug da) ist die Heizung kalt und braucht danach gut 1-2 Stunden bis sie wieder gut heizt.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, aber zentral. Man erreicht alles bestens. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ausstattung ist top. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr schön, teilweise mit Balkon. Großzügige Terrasse mit genügend Platz. Im Garten sind Liegen zum relaxen und ein Trampolin. Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
