Situated near Lajen (Laion) on the slopes of a picturesque valley, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The apartment also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The property is especially family-friendly, with a cot and highchair available on request, as well as toys and books for children.
The apartment’s energy is provided by green sources and also produces its own herbs and vegetables.
Outside, there is a balcony and a shared garden with garden furniture.
There is a possibility to use a barbecue upon request.
Bakeries and supermarkets can be found in the nearby village of Lajen, which is 5 minutes (2km) drive away.
The nearest ski lifts can be found in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), which is just 20 minutes (12km) by car, where access to a variety of ski areas is available.
The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 1 hour 30 minutes (100km) drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels can be changed after one week for an extra charge. An iron, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used upon request. A breakfast basket can be provided on request.

L’appartement est merveilleusement situé sur les hauteurs de Laion, on accède en 10mn à pied au village (petit supermarché, boulangerie, épicerie ).
Très bon point de départ pour explorer la Val Gardena.
Anita est très disponible et l’appartement est très propre et agréable. Le balcon avec vue sur les montagnes est suffisamment grand pour y prendre une collation.
