Located on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way this pretty coastal holiday cottage was featured on the TV series ‘Monty Halls Great Irish Escape’ in 2011. Bridies Holiday Cottage Roundstone Description – Sleeps 5 This seaside holiday cottage on the Inishnee Peninsula is bright and packed with character.
This seaside holiday cottage has 2-bedrooms sleeping 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Country Style kitchen - Open plan living room with cosy open fire and wonderful views from the Ocean. - Dining area - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with separate shower cubicle, hand basin & toilet.
Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 The first-floor bedroom is an open attic area with the double and single situated across from each other in one open space.
Towels are provided within the home. Local area & Tourist Attractions From this holiday cottage with magnificent sea views, you will be surrounded by splendid scenery and an array of popular walks to explore.
The trails and mountains surrounding this holiday cottage make it a perfect base for a walking or cycling holiday in Galway.
Things to do in the local area: - Roundstone local shops, restaurants & pubs, - Inishnee Island - Beaches of Gurteen & Dog’s Bay - Walking - Inishnee Loop Walk - Arts Festival in September - Clifden Traditional Music Festival - Connemara National Park - Kylemore Abbey - Connemara Poney Show held every year on the third Thursday of August IMPORTANT NOTES1.
Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply.
If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.

We liked Bridies cottage. It didn’t bother us to have to drive everyday. View over roundstone bay was gorgeous. Quietness was great.
Very clean.
I think you’d want to know who you are sharing with very well. Small cottage. A bit drafty. Overall loved it
What a little Gem in Connemara, we really enjoyed our stay, views were just amazing.

Attracta
The Cottage was just so quaint and the area so quiet and peaceful with views from every corner. Also close to Roundstone, Ballyconeely and Clifden which was lovely for food and shops etc.
