On the island of Pasman, exactly between the towns of Zdrelac and Banj, lies this beautiful semi-detached house in the ​typical Dalmatian style of stone and wood and features 4 bedrooms and private pool. Can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the property there are four parking spaces are available. In the courtyard, the children can splash around in the pool while the adults can cook on a covered grill tasty dishes or just relax on the garden furniture.

NOISE and CONDUCT Please keep in mind other guests and neighbours may want to rest therefore please avoid making noise after 23.00 hours. Guests shall refrain from using electronic devices (TV, radio, etc.) at a volume which will disturb others. SWIMMING POOL Swimwear must be worn at all times and must take a shower before they enter the pool. Children who do not yet have a swimming certificate must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Much consideration has been taken to make house something special, utilising its extraordinary design, outside terraces and private pool. With 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spacious two living rooms the accommodation caters perfectly for romantic couples, families and friends sharing.

The house was built in 1857 as a traditional stone house and is furnished in 2009 with new and rustic furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 300 m2, the Villa offers its guests a swimming pool with a well maintained garden and barbecue, roofed terrace with furniture and own parking spaces for 2 cars by the house.

On the both floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, fireplace, TV, a double bedroom with a double bed and one more twin bedroom, with fan on the ground floor and A/C on the upper floor, bath/toilet with shower and hot water, washing machine. The units are connected via an outside staircase and therefore ideal for a vacation for two families.

The beach is 1 kilometer away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 1kilometar away.

Four bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge.
