The duplex is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and direct access to a large private terrace with spectacular sea views, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sunshine. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, offering privacy and comfort for families or groups travelling together. Guests enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, free public parking next to the property and access to three communal swimming pools, landscaped sunbathing areas and a sports court for basketball and football, located only a few steps from the apartment. Anfi Beach, famous for its white sand, crystal-clear waters and palm-lined promenade, is just a short walk away.
