Information about the host
Small town house in the old town - Jakoberviertel, with seven apartments and its own enclosed garage courtyard. Small, bright, friendly apartments 35-65m² with WLAN and satellite TV. The apartments are as new. Non-smoking apartment - but almost all of them have a small balcony or terrace.
New building (4 premium apartments) fully furnished.
From here you can explore the city on foot (town hall 600m) or by tram (150m). Two supermarkets are only about 200 meters away. The main train station is 1.6 km away.
Conditions/extras
Arrival and departure:
The apartments can be obtained from 16.00 clock. The departure has to be done by 10.00 o'clock.
Pay:
The payment has to be successful before arrival! - If this is not possible due to late arrival - the money will be collected in the morning the next day! - There are no transfer copies or the like accepted .... The money must be in the account or be present in cash! - For cash or bank transfer is still a deposit!
Credit card
When paying by credit card (Master or Visacard) you can send me your data by email or by phone. I need the data when booking. The credit card will be charged one month prior to arrival or for short-term bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival) on the same or the following day.

Deposit: 20% of the price within 7 days (account receipt)
The remaining 80% of the total amount must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival.
The complete amount must be on our account at the latest on the day of arrival.
Cancellation:
If less than 30 days before the start of the journey, 90 percent of the invoice amount will be retained.A cancellation / rebooking is only possible in writing (mail / post).
Liability:
For willful destruction the guest is fully liable. The guest is obliged to treat the apartment with the necessary care. The host is not liable for personal injury or property of the guests. For accidents is not liable. It is expected that I behave guests accordingly prudent. Parents are responsible for their children. Excessive contamination will be charged after cleaning or damage incurred.
Jurisdiction:
The traveler can sue the owners of the apartment only at their seat (Augsburg district court). For complaints of the operator against the travel participant also the seat of the operator applies (district court Augsburg).
Arrival description
You are leaving the Augsburg Ost motorway. Then take the street to the second set of traffic lights and turn left into Neuburger Strasse. Follow this to the Jakobertor (approx. 3 km). You drive right through the Jakobertor (large medieval brick gate) to the next traffic light. There you turn right into the Zielstrasse (Lauterlech) after 30 meters first right (Paracelsus Str.), 20 meters left (Schroeckstr) to Wendehammer. The first house in the turning hammer!
