Do you sometimes dream of waking up to birdsong, watching deer in the neighboring meadow, and observing squirrels, birds, butterflies, or bats in the garden?
Do you love searching for constellations in the late evening and watching shooting stars and fireflies? Do you enjoy swaying in a hammock, gazing at the clouds, or listening to the rustling canopy of leaves?
Then we invite you to spend your next vacation at Landhaus Löwenzahn in Oberegg. Here you can experience all of this.
Your Landhaus Löwenzahnan impressive former teacher's residence dating back to 1925is situated in a very quiet location amidst a garden of approximately 3,400 m² and is shaded by a walnut tree of the same age.
In the garden, several seating areas and lounge chairssome with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapeoffer everyone their own personal favorite spot. Perfect not only for breakfast and picnics outdoors, but also for reading or simply for dreaming and reflecting.
The spacious grounds invite your children and you to romp and play.
During the summer months (mid-June to September), our pool offers a refreshing dip, and the shade of the large walnut tree provides relaxation.
A barbecue is available for your use in the garden, right next door. You can enjoy meals under the trees on the terrace of the garden house, which boasts a magnificent view across the valley.
Our two holiday apartments are located on the first floor and the attic of our dream house, where we live on the ground floor.
The apartments are well-maintained and cozy, furnished in a functional and charming style, though not luxurious.
In bad weather, you can pass the time with the numerous board games available (toddler games, Memory, Backgammon, card games, etc.) or by browsing the information and suggestions for your holiday activities (hiking maps and guides, brochures, magazines).
Our two holiday apartments are located on the first floor and in the attic of our dream house, where we live on the ground floor. Even though some of our guests spend a large part of their vacation at the house and in the garden, the surrounding area and wider region also offer a diverse range of leisure and cultural activities, attractions, sights, and culinary specialties, about which we would be happy to provide you with personal information upon your arrival.
In the village of Oberegg, you'll find good shopping facilities. The village shop offers all the essential goods and groceries for daily needs, fresh meat and sausages from artisan butchers, regional cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, and homemade baked goods, cakes, and pastries from the bakery.
The nearest inns in Unteregg and in a historic mill with a small mill museum are less than 5 and 10 minutes away by car, respectively, and about an hour's walk. They offer Croatian and typical regional cuisine, cozy or historic dining rooms, and beer gardens with beautiful views and scenic locations.
We would also be happy to provide you with information about other restaurants and excursion destinations.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees will apply:

8 - 4 weeks before arrival: 20%
4 - 2 weeks before arrival: 40%
< 2 weeks before arrival: 80%

Take the A96 motorway to exit junction (19) Mindelheim; follow the B16 towards Kaufbeuren/Dirlewang; after 3 km, at the roundabout, take the first exit towards Dirlewang (MN 4); 300 m after entering the village, turn left at the bend onto (MN 5) towards Unteregg; continue for approximately 6 km on Mindeltalstraße/MN 5 towards Unteregg; in Unteregg, turn left onto the local road/MN 5 and continue towards Oberegg/Ronsberg; approximately 700 m after entering Oberegg, turn right at the village shop "Unser Laden-Egg" onto Obere Hauptstraße towards Ronsberg; after approximately 700 m (passing the church), shortly before the bus stop and opposite the Sturm carpentry workshop, turn left onto the driveway at Obere Hauptstraße 43.
2-3 parking spaces are available in front of the garden wall near the road, and another 2 parking spaces are located at the house.
The turning area at the house is somewhat tight.
