On the first floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath.
The first bedroom boasts sea views and direct access to the terrace, while the other bedrooms offer tranquil views of the lush trees of Kamenjak Natural Park.
The highlight of the property is the beautiful green garden at the back, complete with a dining and grill area, where you can breathe in the fresh air from Kamenjak, just 50 meters away.

Big, spacious and well-thought-out place with an amazing sea view. The village of Premantura and the many rocky beaches and nature trails around it were quiet, which we were expecting outside the summer season -- ideal for peaceful strolls. As a side-note, this is not the place for stag or hen dos, since the check-out is as thorough as it is friendly (and fair)!

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter und sehr sauberes und modernes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, tolle Lage auch mit Hund, da angrenzend gleich ein Wald ist wo man spazieren gehen kann.
