The cosy and rustic holiday home “Can Vaja” is situated in a quiet rural area between Pollença and Port d’Alcúdia and is perfect for relaxing holidays with the whole family or groups of friends close to the sea. The 175 m² holiday home extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi-style bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a safe, satellite TV and a games console, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request.
The extensive private outdoor area will impress you with open and covered terraces, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
The lush garden with deck chairs is ideal to bask in the sun and relax surrounded by a beautiful panorama, while the pool invites you to take refreshing swims.
From the property, it is a 6-minute drive (5.4 km) to the nearest supermarket in Port d’Alcúdia, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina.
The town of Pollença is a 7-minute drive (4.7 km) away, and Port de Pollença is a 12-minute drive (10.6 km) from the property.
There you can spend the days at the sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue sea or explore the many cafés and restaurants along the beach and the port.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Polenca und Alcudia.
Einkaufen ca. 5min in beide Richtungen.
Pool wird sauber gehalten (Salzwasserpool).
Alles in der Küche was man benötigt.
Schöner großer Pool.
Grundstück Kinderfreundlich (eingezäunt).
Check-In unkompliziert.
Viele Mücken (Ende September).
Schlafzimmer zum Garten etwas muffig.
Beautiful villa, fantastic communication, great stay.

The salt water pool was a revelation. No nasty chlorine smell on all our clothes and skin, soft water that didn't dry our kids' skin, and no unpleasant green scum on pool inflatables. Also a good shallow area for younger kids (ours are 4 and 6 and loved it). We also spent lovely evenings in the pool...
There is indeed a musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms which took a little getting used to, but it stopped bothering me after a couple of days. The outside area is not great after dark in terms of mosquitoes unless you are slathered in mosquito spray or in the pool, so be prepared and bring bug spray and you'll be fine.

The house was very spacious with lovely and traditional decor, which made it very homely. It had a nice big terrace and a lovely pool which was cleaned twice during our 7 night stay by Ignasi, who was very friendly. Marti was super accommodating with our check in and check out (there was no one stay...
The downstairs poolside master bedroom was a bit musty smelling as other guests have noted. We had to buy extra toilet paper and washing machine tabs, even though we only needed one. It's worth packing your own to avoid buying.
