Villa is specially designed for family or friend relaxing holiday, conveniently located in the old part of the village of Mimice, only 1km from the beach (200m by air), 700m from the minimarket, and 900m from the restaurant and a bar. It's close enough to the charming, small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river (10km) where you can enjoy many activities, also close to the famous town Split and Makarska Riviera with amazing beaches (a half-hour drive) and yet a perfect location if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening to the crickets surrounded with Mediterranean plants! The beach in Mimice and the local area are very clean and warm. Feel free to explore the local area.

There are two small beaches in Mimice, where at least we had a great time. There are also a few good restaurants and there is one grocery store in the village with a reasonable selection. Larger shops can be found in Omis.
