Villa Marta is located above Tucepi, in the quiet hamlet Podstup, at the foot of a mountain slope, surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
The house consists of two floors and the house is suitable for 4 + 1 persons.
It offers you everything you need: Pool, TV SaT, Wi-fi internet access, air-conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, extra toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathroom with a shower and there is a comfortable living area. There's sleeping possibility for 1 person on the sleeping sofa in the living room.
From the living area there's direct access to the terrace with the pool where You can experience beautiful view on islands. Outdoor there is also Grill and sitting area.
The house has four parking spaces. 1,5 km away from the city and the sea and all the city attractions, but at the same time, thanks to its location and the beautiful sun-drenched position with garden, surrounded by beautiful scenery provides privacy and a quiet holiday. Official currency is kuna.
From 22:00 to 7:00 you need to respect quite time, in order not to disturb other guests and locals. Serving and selling alcohol is not allowed to younger of 18 years. Security deposit in cash is required on your arrival (300 EUR). You will get this amount back on your departure, if everything was in order (without any damage). Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Gastgeber ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.
Die Umgebung selbst war traumhaft schön, sowohl Tucepi selbst als auch Makarska boten ein vielfältiges Angebot sowohl kulinarisch als auch Freizeitangebote.
Jederzeit wieder!!!!
