The comfortable Studio Apartment Pino A3 can accommodate up to 2 persons and is situated on the ground floor of the apartment house, the apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation on a total living area of 25 square meters.
The apartment has its own private terrace with a garden view, garden furniture and access to the nice garden with mediterranean vegetation.
The garden is shared with all other guests an it also has a barbecue available during the stay of the guests.
The apartment A3 consists of an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and a dining area, a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub and towels. Since there are five more apartments in the same house, this is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends.
The apartment house is located in the popular tourist destination Rabac. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Today, Rabac is a well-known tourist resort. By the middle of the 19th century, it was a small fishermen village with hardly ten houses. Due to the beautiful bay and splendid, tame surroundings, it soon attracted first visitors. In 1876, Richard Francis Burton, an English writer and a passionate traveler, was among the first tourists who stayed in Rabac. Having seen Rabac and other places on the Istrian coast, he wrote a book of the same title 'The Istrian coast', describing, among other things, the beauties and charm of Rabac. At that time Rabac witnessed the building of the first villas. The most well-known was the villa belonging to the Prohaska family, Czechs by origin, who were distinguished tradesmen from Rijeka. Unfortunately, the villa was destroyed during the Second World War, but one of the most attractive locations in Rabac still bears the name of Prohaska.

Da liefen Ameisen im Zimmer. Der Besitzer konnte von aussen Terrasse Tür abschließen. Wir mussten immer durch die Vordertür und dann viel Stufen hoch.
