Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and satellite TV.
A high chair and baby cot can be requested. Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a barbecue perfect for meals.
The pool (open May 1 to October 15) is shared with another property.
Relax in the lush garden, by the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, or use the outdoor shower. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just an 8-minute drive (2.7 km) away.
The nearest beach, Platja des Través, is only a 13-minute walk (1 km).
Palma de Mallorca and its airport are a 36-minute drive (35.9 km). Parking for up to 5 cars is available on the property.
The villa is set in a rural area at the foot of a mountain; access requires driving up a paved road. Electricity consumption is included.
