The well-furnished apartment “Bullaccia ” is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps.
The 40 m² apartment consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with king-size bed; one with bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite television, a safe, a washing machine and a dryer.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.
The outdoor area boasts a private open terrace with great panoramic views and seating furniture, where you can have breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine.
The building also has a communal garden with a playground for children.
Due to the apartment’s central location in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), you can easily reach supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy within 5-10 minutes on foot (400-700 m).
Bus stops are also only 4 minutes (260 m) from the building.
In summer, the region invites you to go hiking or cycling in the nearby Dolomites or to the famous Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), only 9 km (a 12-minute drive) away.
Many great skiing areas can be explored in the winter season.
In addition to the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), the Sellaronda skiing area with state of the art lifts is a 40-minute drive (22 km) away.
The area also offers fantastic cross country ski tracks and toboggan runs.
South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is located a 45-minute drive or 37 km southwest of Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei).
The property has a garage available for parking.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

De locatie in Ortisei, met het centrum op loopafstand ( bergaf). Appartement op begane grond met uitloop naar buiten terras(je). Uitzicht op de bergen aan de overzijde van het dal, hoewel het uitzicht vanuit appartement "Sasso lungo" meer overeen komt met de beschrijving op de site. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die ook een 'bestel broodjes' service biedt
De naastgelegen weg naar de hogere delen van Ortisei is toch tamelijk druk. Tijdens ons verblijf begin september waren en bovendien luidruchtige werkzaamheden aan een appartementen gebouw vlakbij
