Located on the ground floor, the holiday apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and promises a relaxing and carefree vacation.
It offers air-conditioning, an open living space, and a unique bedroom area with sliding walls for you to admire panoramic sea views whenever you please.
The apartment is modern in every sense and features a well-equipped kitchen-diner as well as desirable utilities, like full Wi-Fi coverage and a high-quality surround system, for guests’ added comfort and convenience. Outside, the apartment has a shared heated pool, a common garden, and open-air dining with a barbecue for you to unwind in the apartment’s lovely Mediterranean surroundings. The kitchen features a microwave, induction hob, toaster, fridge, and a coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The cosy bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: The well-furnished bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC. Additional • Shared Heated Pool • Shared Garden • Shared BBQ • Private Parking Space • Flat-screen HDTV • Hairdryer • Child-Friendly • Suitable for Elderly A city tax of 2 EUR/Adult/Day is to be paid on the spot. The protected heated pool is open from the 1st of May until the 1st of October. Location A 5-minute walk and a private flight of stairs will lead the guests directly to the beach from this holiday apartment located in a natural park and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean vegetables. Guests are also located just a 7-10 minutes drive from various seafront pubs and multi-cuisine restaurants near the holiday home.
For those coming with kids, Hristov Ecological Park and Parco Giochi - a children’s amusement park - can be easily reached in a 5-12 minutes’ drive.
Meanwhile, several mountain trails, the Monastery of St. Nicholas, and remarkable biodiversity are close at hand.
