The one-storey house built in 2016 provides 120m² of living space and is amidst a wonderful estate with greenery, a pool and an idyllic seating group with a view of the treetops of the nearby forest. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The open kitchen enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with four cooking zones and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and all the standard small electrical appliances and cooking utensils. There is free wireless Internet access.

The Kabakum beach is about 2km away. It is about the same distance to cafés and restaurants awaiting your visit. There are shopping facilities about 1km away. You can go on trips to the centre of Varna 10km away with many shops, interesting museums (archaeology, maritime, aquarium, dolls) and impressive architecture (Roman baths, cathedral, Jugendstil facades). Varna airport is 12km away and provides connections to Vienna and Sofia. The tourist resorts St. Constantin and Helena and “Golden Beach” are 5km away.
