Very elegant holiday apartments in an Alpine house in the Dolomites, ideal for a summer or winter holiday
The holiday apartments are in a typical Alpine house in the mountains of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, in the centre of Longiaru, part of San Martino in Badia. The location is ideal for spending an unforgettable holiday and experiencing mountain traditions and nature.
The house consists of four independent holiday apartments, of which two are currently available to let. The house has a little communal room to which all guests have access and where breakfast and optional dinner are served. The apartments have radiators but do not need air conditioning, owing to the location about 1400 metres above sea level. You can use a washing machine on request for a fee. Wireless Internet access and Satellite TV are available.
The garden in front of the house is for shared use and has tables, chairs and a barbecue. Each apartment has a parking space on the partially roofed parking area on site.
The owners, who live on site, look forward to offering you a comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and your free time. Breakfast has to be ordered at the time of booking. Dinner is only possible during the winter months and is to be arranged locally.
There is a little grocery shop about 100 metres from the house. There are restaurants nearby.
