Discover our charming holiday home in Evksinograd on the picturesque Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. This lovingly furnished two-bedroom house can accommodate up to four people and is also an ideal holiday destination for your little four-legged friend. Thanks to its quiet location close to the lively holiday resorts of Golden Sands, Constantine and Helena, which are only about 5 km away, you will find the perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment. The owners, who speak very good German, are on hand to offer help and advice and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The interior of the holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to practical equipment such as a washing machine, two types of coffee machines (filter and pods), a kettle and a dishwasher, you will also find partial air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. You can spend cosy evenings in front of the fireplace, while a flat-screen TV with international programmes provides entertainment.
The outdoor area is an absolute highlight of the holiday home. The fully fenced garden not only guarantees safety for your small dog, but also offers a pool for your sole use to find refreshment on hot days. Sun loungers on the terrace invite you to relax and sunbathe. For younger guests, there is a children's playground with a sandpit, swing and other toys, and the garden offers plenty of space for ball games such as football or volleyball.
The area surrounding the holiday home offers a wide range of leisure activities. The sea with its crystal-clear water is just 2000 metres away. A walk will take you to the beach, lake or sea, and there is a grocery store just 600 metres away for your daily shopping needs. Bei der Ausstattung war alles dabei was man braucht. Sogar der erste keine Einkauf war vom Vermieter gemacht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wurde zusätzlich in den 3 Wochen unseres Aufenthalts von einer Putzfrau jede Woche einmal gereinigt. Die Putzfrau kam an den ausgemachten Tagen ohne das sie uns ...
