Feel refreshed at this beautiful holiday house surrounded by unspoiled nature in a small village in central Slovenia.
Barely 30 minutes from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, Sunny Weekend House is a three-bedroom duplex apartment for up to 5 guests.
The mountain-view house with modern amenities has a private garden with loungers and an equipped terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and lounging.
The indoor infra sauna on the first floor is just what the guests need after a day out exploring the various trails around the house.
The lovely cottage-like house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a rather spacious living room that opens into the terrace.
Its open-plan layout is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table with 6 seats, a flat-screen TV, an ambient fireplace and an open kitchen.
The contemporary-style kitchenette is ideal for stress-free cooking.
It has a Dolcegusto coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.
For storage, there is a closet in the hallway on this floor.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright and beautiful room with balcony access has a double bed.
Bedroom 2: The cozy room under the sloped ceiling has a single bed.
Bedroom 3: The modestly designed room has a double sofa bed and a floor lamp.
Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet and a WC.
There is a service bathroom on the ground floor with a WC and a washbasin.

Guests can buy a daily ticket worth 20 Euros to fish in the lake.
There is also a restaurant at 200 meters and a local produce market about 3 minutes’ drive from the house.
The local farmers rent their horses which is a good way to explore the nearby villages and trails.
During winters, the cross-country slopes (about 500 meters from the house) makes for a great skiing destination.
Since the capital city of Ljubljana is only a short drive from the house, guests are well-placed to explore the city and its many offerings.
This includes the main square, castle, the Triple Bridge, the Dragon Bridge, Tivoli Park, churches and museums.
The fascinating world of underground caves that are typical of the Karst region is worth exploring on a day trip.
The nearest airport is about 40 kilometers from the house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison, bien entretenue, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable, avec un barbecue parfait pour les soirées d’été. La maison est idéalement située : à seulement 1 km d’un petit commerce pratique, proche d’un lac, et dans une région offrant de nombreuses possibilités de balades. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement très calme , le coté très soigné de l'agencement intérieur et de la décoration , les équipements extérieurs et le jardin (coin repas , chaises longues et bais de soleil )
