Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature.
Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine with a dryer, underfloor heating and a highchair (upon request). Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on your covered terrace while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the area, or prepare meals with organic vegetables, herbs and fruit from our own garden and eat them in the fresh air. In the natural garden with a lawn you will also find a swimming pond where you can cool down on warm days.
Benches, tables, deckchairs and parasols in the garden invite you to unwind outside with a good book.
The holiday home also boasts a private balcony.
Restaurants, cafes and a bar can be reached on foot in 2-6 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (96 m). The city of Bolzano (Bozen) is approximately 40 minutes away by car and the city of Merano (Meran) is an approximately 50-minute drive from the property.
The ski resort Merano 2000 can also be reached by car in 52 minutes (43.4 km). Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The house is wheelchair accessible. The Trentino guest card is included in the price and you can enjoy many benefits of it at museums and places of interest.
You also have free use of public transport with it. Other amenities: A hair dryer, books, bikes, a fridge, an oven and an electric hob

Huset var helt fantastisk. Indkøb lige nede af vejen. Der er så meget at se lige i nærheden. Mulighed for skønne vandre ture lige i nærheden med hund i klapvogn. Holidu var utrolige hurtige til at svare på spørgsmål, og kom med gode løsninger.
Personligt var sengen for hård at sove i, da vi hjemmefra sover på en tykkere top madras.
Ein neues Haus mit toller Lage auf sehr schönen Grundstück.

Das Haus war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Herr Mairhofer ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber gewesen.

Wir waren schon zwei Mal zu Gast und haben uns beide Male sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt alles, was unser Herz begehrt, und es ist mit viel Liebe und Hingabe hergerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls zu betonen! Besondere Highlights sind vor allem der Garten mit den angebauten Kräutern/Gemüse und dem Schwimmteich sowie die Gastfreundschaft von Helmut und seiner Familie!
