Keine halbe Stunde fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt. 10Min. mit dem Rad.
Der See ist vom Haus aus 'zum greifen' nah.
Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber.
Wohnung erscheint einem zum Anfang recht klein. Wir haben uns aber sehr schnell eingewöhnt und wohl gefühlt.
Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut ,man kommt überall schnell hin

Ausstattung der FeWo war gut .Die Gasrgeber sind sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein Sofa hätte mir besser gefallen als nur 2 Sessel.
Als Raucher musste ich einiges in kauf nehmen ,aber okay für mich.
Kellerwohnung die früher wohl mal ein Büro war.

Die Wohnung hatte nur ein Fenster und war nicht gemütlich.
