Set in a listed building dating back to 1275 and fully renovated in 2020, the apartment features unique and lovingly designed interiors.
The apartment offers a combined living and sleeping area (double bed and sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
You can use the courtyard to park your bikes or simply relax.
Thanks to the central location, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés just steps away (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot).
Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk).
Among many nearby attractions, the Bodensee-Therme is one of the most popular destinations in Konstanz (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can enjoy pools and saunas.

Great little flat, responsive owner (no sheets for pullout and she came to drop off asap). Tip: bring eye mask if you don’t like to sleep in light. Would recommend to a friend to stay.
