The former fishing village of Armação de Pêra is today a popular holiday resort not only because of two beautiful beaches (Praia de Armação de Pêra and Praia Grande de Pêra), but also because of its lively promenade with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars which attracts many visitors from all over the world.

The beautiful sandy beach Praia de Armação de Pêra is only 7 minutes walking distance (550 m), so close that you can even go there spontaneously in the evening for a short walk.
The international airport of Faro can be reached by car in 38 minutes or 52 km.
