The spacious and tastefully furnished loft apartment “Dachatelier Überlingen” is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short walk from the beach and the centre.
The 124 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a fireplace and satellite television.
The highlight is the sunny roof terrace, where you can start the day with coffee or spend the evenings there with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners.
The nearest supermarket and a pharmacy are an 8-minute walk (650 m) away, a bakery can be found after a 10-minute walk (850 m), and you can reach restaurants within 850 m or a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
The closest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is a 13-minute walk (1 km) away.
The well-kept park with a deer enclosure, 700 m or an 8-minute walk away, has a shady picnic area and a pavilion on top of a lookout with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and Lake Constance, while the charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath, can be reached on foot after only 1 km, which is a 12-minute walk from the property.
From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 20-minute drive (18.5 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral.
The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores.
In winter, you can even go skiing a 30-minute drive (27 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
The property also has a garage available.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
