The base capacity is 6 guests, extendable to 8 with extra beds available for an additional fee. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, general heating, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, cot, and high chair on request are provided. Outdoors, enjoy a garden with a pond, two terraces, gas barbecue, an 8x4 m pool open year-round, and an exterior bathroom with shower.
The property offers distant sea and mountain views.
There is a secure workshop for bicycles. The location is excellent: basic services are a 13-minute walk away, and restaurants are 8-10 minutes by car. Palma city center is 18 minutes, the airport 22 minutes, and Can Pastilla beaches 20 minutes by car. Ideal area for cycling. Bed linen and towels are included.
Eco-tax applies per person per night.

Wir waren zu 5. für 4 Nächte dort. Alles war top, jedes Anliegen wurde schnell via WhatsApp beantwortet. Die finca ist wie dargestellt
Einziger Minuspunkt: die Türen knarren & Gehen schwer. Bei 5 Personen kann also schon mal jeder wach werden, wenn die Tür nicht mit viel Feingefühl geöffnet wird
Die Villa war in echt schöner als auf den Bildern sogar.

Alles war sauber und geräumig, vor ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Außenanlagen war das Highlight! Und auch der Service vom Gastgeber war Mega. Er war wegen unserer flugverspätung super flexibel mit dem Check in und gleichzeitig war bereit den Check out ein wenig anzup...
Nichts was durch die Gastgeber beeinflusst werden konnte.
