The finely furnished penthouse with light-flooded rooms and wonderful mountain views is is part of XL-Appartements and situated in Sand in Taufers, a small town in in South Tyrol’s scenic Taufers Valley.
The 67 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 daylight bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable and satellite television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair.
You will have access to the spa area with a steam sauna and a dry sauna, where you can relax and get spoiled.
The private outdoor area boasts a balcony and a winter garden with seating furniture and nice views of the Dolomite Alps, and on the communal 60 m² roof terrace on top of the penthouse, you can bask on the sunbeds and enjoy the sun while overlooking the town and Taufers castle.
The communal garden area on the ground floor invites you to swim in the chlorine-free pool and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners.
The nearest supermarket, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot in only 3 minutes (250 m), and a pharmacy is an 11-minute walk (850 m) from the building.
The closest skiing area, Skiworld Ahrntal, is only a 5-minute drive (3.3 km) from the penthouse, but a ski bus stops 50 m from the building and takes you to your desired skiing area.
Around Sand in Taufers, there are also many routes for cross-country skiing and ski tours, as well as wonderful hiking routes through the valleys and across lush alpine pastures.
South Tyrol’s charming capital Bolzano is located a one-hour-and-30-minute drive (90 km) from the town.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
The sauna area is open from 4 pm to 6 pm (textile) and from 6 pm to 8pm (without textile).
Before 4 pm and after 8 pm, the sauna can also be rented at an extra charge.

Mooi opgezette villa met wellness faciliteiten. De vriendelijke host Armin is dagelijks wel even aanwezig om wat te regelen en is erg service verlenend. Heel fijn!
De bedden zijn heerlijk, mooi appartment. We hebben het erg fijn gehad.
De badkamer is wat smal en eigenlijk maar voor 1 persoon tegelijk te gebruiken maar dat mag de pret niet drukken!
In het dorp is niet zoveel te beleven maar je kunt er schitterende wandelingen maken wat we dan ook met plezier hebben gedaan.
