Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Sofas mit Schlaffunktion, ein Einzelbett sowie ein Fernseher. In den beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich 2 beziehungsweise 3 Einzelbetten. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt brauchen kann: Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung hat eine gehobene Ausstattung, in allen Räumen, außer im Flur und in der Küche, ist hochwertiges Parkett verlegt.
